Sandmaster FG1-93 Restoration
The abrasive in the pressure container is shaken by vibration through a sieve plate and in the mixing chamber, (lowest part of the blasting cylinder), is entrained by the through flowing compressed air and conveyed through the blasting hose to the blasting nozzle, where it finally strikes the object to be blasted.
The electrical vibrating unit can be infinitely regulated. An optimum abrasives throughput is therefore guaranteed for all grain sizes.
With the use of blasting nozzles between ø 0,4 and 1,8mm, this machine will meet all the requirements. This very fine blasting unit is also very suitable for mobile applications or in combination with automatic sandblasting machines.
