Safety cabinet able to store approx. 160 litres of liquid and solid inflammables in accordance with EN 14470-1 norm, with protection against hot and cold fumes. TYPE 90 -90 minutes- fire resistance.
Description
- Completely produced in pickled and electrogalvanized steel painted with epoxide acid-proof dusts electrostatically applied through thermic tunnel at 200°C. - New building method with double cases (internal and external) completely isolated by a special inflatable trimming. -Internal fireproof insulation made up of insulating material with high fire resistance. - New base with removable cover. - TUV Certification for each product. -Insurance for any possible injury to the user for the whole life of the cabinet.
Technical Data:
- Self closing door. - Inflatable trim, in case of fire, isolating the inside of the cabinet from the outside. - Special inflatable trim against hot and cold fumes. - Ventilation system without fan eqipped with two safety valves for air-recycle that automatically close at 70 +/-10°C in conformity with the norm. - 3 electrogalvanized steel shelves painted with epoxide acid proof dusts; tray shaped shelves to collect any liquid spills or breakages. Each shelf capacity: approx.14 litres and 80 kg. - Bottom basin made of electrogalvanized steel painted with epoxide acid proof dusts with 45 litres capacity. - Safety catch Ignis Lock that keeps the doors closed in case of fire. - Test on a 1:1 scale to verify the thickness of painting in conformity with UNI EN ISO 9001:2000. - NO SMOKING and FIRE warning stickers on the cabinet doors as requested by Italian and European norms (DIN 4844 and ISO 3864). - Fitted with 6 adjustable legs. - New base for easier transportation with removable cover. - Equipped with earthing system.
Accessories available
Thermic device which automatically closes the doors above a room temperature over 50°C. Not electric. Predisposed for aspiration and/or filtration system.
